The Jewel can fit between 25-50 and up to 100 people with the rooftop. The Study can fit a maximum of 12 people.

The Jewel costs $85 an hour for weekdays and $95 an hour for weekends with a 4 hour minimum. If additional time is needed above and beyond your scheduled event it is $100 per hour and only if that time is available. The Study rents for $55 an hour.

Of course! We do, however, ask that you refrain from putting holes in the walls. We have discovered tape and heavy-duty command hooks go a long way. We also ask that your take down be complete by the end of your reservation time. We will clean and take out the garbage but can only do that once the space has been vacated. Fees will apply should an event run over the scheduled time.

For The Jewel, we require 30% down at the point of booking to be applied to the end of reservation invoice, as well as a refundable $200 security deposit in case of damages. No deposit is required for The Study. Once your event is over, our event coordinator will assess for any damages and should any damages be deducted, you will receive a detailed damages list.
